Coaches Paul and Mike Selected For IAAF World Championships Race

WS Paul and Mike

After years of effort by World Masters Athletics, the IAAF has agreed to include two Masters exhibition events at their World Championships.

Paul Osland and Mike Sherar were selected among the fastest eight M50 800m runners in the world to participate in the first-ever Masters exhibition event at the IAAF World Championships in Beijing in August.

All Master athletes will be accredited in the same manner as the IAAF athletes. This will entitle them to use the official training sites, admission to the championships competition including seating in the reserved athletes stands during the championships and attend all social functions the IAAF athletes are entitled to.
