We added a Saturday morning Super Circuit workout to the schedule. A distance group also meets at the same time for a Tempo run in Mount Pleasant Cemetery.

UTTC Masters had a big turnout at the Ontario Masters Taylor Creek 5K Cross Country on Sunday, September 29th..
Our W40 Team of Nathalie Auger, Leanne Shafir, and Amy Ballon broke the 19 year Course Record with a combined time of 63:04.
The old record 63:19 was held by the Newmarket Huskies.
Coach Paul Osland Wins Ontario Masters Decathlon Championships
Paul scored 4173 points to win the M45 Decathlon Championship at the Toronto Track & Field Centre on August 24-24th. The event was part of the Ontario Masters Athletics Festival.
