Steepers dominated their event – Jamie, Wayne, Joy, Kate, and Vern
Norm and Duncan were part of the M65 4X400m Relay team that broke the CAN record in 4:52
The W55 team of Heather, Clara, Lynn, and Joy broke the 4X400m CAN in 5:31
Amy was part of the W35 4X800m team that set a new CAN in 10:23
