M75 Vern Christensen broke the Canadian Record in the Steeplechase
Coach Paul won Silver medals in both the M50 800m and 1500m

Coach Walter ran the 5000m and 10,000m
and ran in the 4X100m Relay….winning a Gold medal!
Coach Mike had the fastest time in the Semis
and won the Bronze in the Final of the 400m
W45 Nancy Catton won the Silver in both the 400m and 800m
W50 Heather O’Hagen was 4th in the 400m and 800m
M65 Peter Zowkewych competed in the Long Jump and Shot Put and won the Bronze in the High Jump
M65 Duncan Greenshields made the Finals in the 400m
M60 Shaggy survived the Steeple
