Khama Beckles – 60m Bronze medal, 200m
Nigel John – 60m Final, 200m, 400m, Long Jump Final, 4X200m Relay
Jay Foubert – 60m, 200m, 4X200m Relay
Chris Warburton – 200m, 4X200m Relay CAN Record
Shaggy – 1500m, 3000m
Assistant Distant Coach Mike Sherar ran 2:04.62in the 800m on Sunday, breaking the 2:09.28 M50 Canadian Record held by Jerry Kooymans. He broke John Willett’s M50 Club Record.
Jay Brecher ran 2:04.4 – breaking Michal Kapral’s 2:07.96 M40 Club Record.
UTTC Throws Coach Marie-Josee Le Jour
broke the CAN record with a 16.38 mark in the Weight Throw
breaking Karla Gabruch’s SK mark of 16.36
at Sunday’s Ontario Masters Winter Mini Met #2
UTTC’s John ‘Run Like’ Helliker and Duncan Greenshields
joined two Newmarket Huskies – John De Finney and Ted Paget
to break the Ontario M60 4X400m Relay Record in 4:45.71
Also this past week, our two trophies were added to the AC Trophy Case
We added a Saturday morning Super Circuit workout to the schedule. A distance group also meets at the same time for a Tempo run in Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
Huge turnout….a great time was had by all at Harbord House on Friday December 6th.
